What Does the following transvaginal Ultrasound Indicate? 

I been to a Transviginal Ultrasound and the Remarks is : The uterus is unteverted with regular contour and inhomogeneous myomentrium. There is a well-circumscribed heterogeneous structure measuring 1.6x1.5x1.5 cm noted within the anterior myometrium suggestive of an intramural myoma... The cervix is closed and homogeneous. The endometrium is thin and isoechoic with intact endomyometrial interface. Both ovaries are lateral to the uterus and contain follicles Lateral to the left ovary is tubulo-cystic structure measuring 5.8x2.9x1.8 cm with incomplete septations suggestive of a dilated left fallopian tube. Impression: Normal-sized anteverted uterus with thin and intact endometrium Y\uterine myoma, as decribed Normal both ovaries Tubulo cystic structure,as described.Consider a dilated left fallopian tube.

It seems that you have been through this ultrasonogram because you have difficulties in getting pregnant.

The report suggests that you have a dilated fallopian tube. Abnormalities in fallopian tube prevent pregnancy by preventing transfer of egg from ovaries to uterus, making implantation of egg in uterus difficult. However, your report suggests that you have only dilated fallopian tube and not blocked which may be due to inflammation or scarring of the tube and it may not be as bad as having a blocked tube. Still your treatment and chances of pregnancy depend on seeing the images.

Uterine myoma is a benign tissue growth in the uterus and may not raise any need of alarms.

Thus, I would advise you to make an appointment with your gynecologist to show the images of report and discuss treatment.
